Couldn't have been happier with our decision to work with Nightingale. Every interaction we had with Karina and the team was top notch. Timely responses, clear communication, and extremely professional. We were matched with an excellent overnight specialist (Dia) who was the absolute best. We're so lucky we found her. Would give 6 stars if I could I highly recommend working with this company!

As very sleep deprived first time parents, Nightingale Night Nurses was a lifesaver when we needed overnight support for our newborn, quickly. The team quickly connected us with Marcelline, who was warm, kind, extremely experienced and always professional. We trusted Marcelline immediately to take care of our baby while my husband and I were able to get a full night's rest, which is a huge gift to any parent. The interviews, getting matched and having Marcelline in our home was a quick and painless process. Highly recommend Nightingale Night Nurses!!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Nightingale Night Nurses. We just had twins in January, and they are a handful as you would expect. After much deliberation we decided to get a night nurse 1-2 nights a week, despite some initial reticence surrounding a stranger coming into our house overnight. Are babies are extremely colicky, and we needed a night to recharge after really tough evenings. Working with Kim we found exactly what we needed - someone we could rely on. After the first 10 minutes I already trusted her, based on the questions she asked, her genuine interest in our children, and her responsiveness throughout the day. If you need help at night - don't delay/waffle on the decision - I can assure you NNN is the right course of action!

We had a great experience with Nightingale for overnight care. We used them for two nights per week for the first six weeks The contracting/payment process was smooth and straightforward. Nightingale was super responsive and worked with me to use an employer benefit for reimbursement (and had experience working with this benefit, which I was appreciative of). Our nurse, Jen, was communicative, always on time and so experienced. We felt reassured by her calm demeanor and felt little nervousness handing off our newborn son after we got home from the hospital. Our son slept his best nights with Jen, and we looked forward to her visits all week through the first few difficult newborn weeks. I don’t know what we would have done without our Nightingale. Highly recommend this service to any families with a newborn.

Rae- Anne was a blessing to have care for our brand new daughter right after birth! Not only did she take exceptional care for her, never rushing or skipping the tiniest details, she also let us bounce ideas off her for the best feedings, growth and sleep. She gave us detailed feedback about how overnights went, which were very helpful to help us tackle the daytime and also the best strategies that would work specifically for our baby. Rae-Anne was a wealth of knowledge across all things newborn, and it was so nice to be able to consult with her on a variety of topics. We miss her dearly and would highly recommend Nightingales to any expecting parents!

We had our second child in August! At the hospital, we were running on very little sleep and with a toddler at home, we looked into the possibility of hiring a Newborn Specialist to help with overnights. After doing a lot of research, Nightingale Nurses was our best solution. Karina did an excellent job communicating and working all hours (and weekend nights) to find us the perfect fit and we could not have asked for a better experience with Nightingales!
