We are only accepting placement for full-time nannies [30+ hours p/w] at this time. Our expertise lies in providing nanny placements for newborns and young babies, however we successfully place nannies with children of varying ages.

1. YOU LEARN ABOUT US:

We begin with a phone call to walk you through how we work with families, our services and rates, and what sets us apart. This is an opportunity to ask questions, understand our approach, and determine if we’re the right fit to support your family.

2. WE LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU:

We have you fill out an application so we can dive a bit deeper into your everyday life. You create your ideal schedule and together we create a job description that gives us the perfect picture of your needs.

3. WE FIND THE RIGHT NANNIES:

We will search far and wide for nannies that meet your search criteria and that would be a good fit for your family. After reviewing potential candidates and checking their references and backgrounds, detailed bios are created and emailed to you for your consideration.

4. YOU SCHEDULE THE INTERVIEWS:

We help you coordinate and schedule the interviews with your favorite candidates in the comfort of your own home or via Zoom/Facetime. After the interviews, we follow up with you and the candidates and get detailed feedback.

5. CONTRACTING:

We guide you through every step of securing your nanny, including structuring a clear, comprehensive, and legally sound contract and running a comprehensive background check. We support negotiations, clarify industry standards, and help navigate back-and-forth conversations to ensure alignment on both sides and set the foundation for a successful long-term working relationship.
