Ally was beyond exceptional. We loved her from the moment she arrived. Her knowledge and expertise regarding all things baby—not just sleep, were more than we could have asked for. Her experience as a NICU/PICU nurse made us feel even more comfortable. She cared for and loved our little girl like her own, and offered so much useful information for parent training, from breast feeding and pumping tips to information about leaps and skill acquisition and regressions. We wish we could have kept her forever! Not only is she amazing with babies but she is just such a kind, caring, smart person and was a pleasure to get to know and chat with. We could not have imagined a better fit for our family!

Melody has seamlessly integrated into our home and we felt so comfortable with her from day one. She is a great, gentle, soft communicator, is flexible, has a suggestive and understanding guidance style and asks thoughtful questions in order to make recommendations that work best for us.

We cannot possibly recommend Stacey highly enough. She became such a trusted, beloved presence in our family, and saying goodbye was truly bittersweet. Any family who has the opportunity to work with her should consider themselves incredibly fortunate—she is a total treasure.

It was amazing working with Nightingale! Our postpartum Doula Cjaisey was so helpful, kind, and wonderful to work with. She was extremely detailed in all her support and all the resources and guidance she shared. I could rest so easy knowing she was there and with Phoebe. I am so thankful to have been able to work with her and she felt part of our family in those special newborn times. She also was very professional in how she would arrive, take care of the baby products, and communicate around support!

Our nightingale Lauren was lovely to work with, always on time and took great care of our newborn. She was very kind and we knew our baby was in good hands every night. She was also accommodating to our schedules, very forthcoming with ways to assist us, helping clean pump parts and bottles in the middle of the night and insightful with information about a variety of questions we had as new parents. Erlisha was incredible. I will admit I was a little nervous to allow essentially a stranger in my home to care for my brand new baby, but she was so kind, patient, and caring that it made my mama heart feel at ease. I cannot say enough great things about Erlisha and how knowledgeable and respectful she was. She made herself available to me to text at any time, and went above and beyond to send recommendations and suggestions

Robin was wonderful. She went out of her way to check in with us leading up to our due date and made us feel comfortable even before she came over for the first night. She was so sweet with our son and so encouraging of us!

We needed to find night nannies at the last minute eligible for Carrot reimbursement. Nightingale Night Nurses was able to put together a schedule which met our needs and answered my questions about Carrot. Kristin and Karina were always easy to reach by email, text, or phone and we were able to book everything without a hassle. The night nannies provided (Rachael and Carolina) were excellent. We trusted them completely to take care of our baby, and we were able to get a full night's sleep. Nightingale Night Nannies made the first 6 weeks a breeze compared to when we had our first baby.

As new parents, those early days were a mix of joy, exhaustion, and steep learning curves. From the very first night our Nightingale Night Nurse brought a calm, reassuring presence into our home. She is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about infant care—including feeding, swaddling, diapering, and establishing healthy sleep routines—but also incredibly nurturing and thoughtful in her approach. Her ability to intuit our son’s needs, while supporting us as parents, was truly invaluable.

Really amazing service. So professional and responsive. we were paired with a fantastic NCS that was calm, very knowledgeable and I felt truly cared for our newborn. All of her advice was evidence based which I really appreciated. I learned so much and by the end of our 6 weeks our baby was already sleeping long stretches. Couldn’t recommend this service enough for new parents.

We absolutely loved the nanny who was placed with our family and will be sad to see her go when our contract is up. Highly dependable night nurse / nanny company. Karina is the best when it comes to empathizing with new parents, and finding them night nannies that are a good fit.

We used Nightingale Nurses for the first 2 months of our baby's life and had 3 different nurses (due to changes in our schedule more than anything else). All 3 nurses were absolutely amazing. I felt confident and comfortable leaving my baby in their care. We appreciated that all of their nurses were screened, CPR certified and up to date on vaccines. Unlike other services, I felt that their care was backed and supported by science. And as a FTM they helped me getting my baby to sleep as well! Always happy to give me tips and tricks.

Nightingale was fantastic in setting me up with our night doula who completely saved us the first 6 weeks of our son’s life! They seamlessly helped me with reimbursement and scheduling- highly recommend!

Nightingale Night Nurses was incredible to work with. The night nurse they paired us with was perfect for our child and our family. Everything went incredibly smoothly and our night nurse helped improve our daughter's sleep tremendously. We also found it incredibly easy to work with the agency as well. Of all the agencies we spoke with Nightingale was the most professional, most knowledgeable, and most willing to work with us to find the perfect night nurse for us.

As a first-time mom, Nightingale Night Nurses were so helpful! I was matched with a great nurse that helped me get much needed sleep post-pregnancy! We originally signed on for 8 weeks, but added an additional 4 weeks. The nurses provided much appreciated guidance and reassurance during the early days of motherhood. I would definitely recommend their services as they were great to work, flexible and understanding of our needs, during an exciting time in our lives.

Not only did our nightingale take excellent care of our baby, she was a guide for us as new parents. She helped us learn how to take care of our baby, take care of ourselves, and develop a routine that worked for all of us. She became a member of our family and we will always cherish the days she was here.

Nightingale is the real deal -- very organized and professional, and with quick (and human!) responses. Our night nurse Jojo was incredible. She was such a crucial part of our first 12 weeks of parenthood. She showed up exactly on time every single time, never missed a shift, and showed warmth and respect for our baby. She taught us how to "sleep condition" at this very young age, and by the time the contract ended, our baby was sleeping through the night (no wake-ups!). We appreciated her presence so much, and I'm sure she is in high demand.

I can't say enough good things about Nightingale Night Nurses. We are so thankful to have had Tricia in our lives. She was with us twice and both times were wonderful. She made c-section recovery much easier. Karina was great to work with, she was so helpful in explaining everything and answering questions. I was very comfortable with having someone new in my home and taking care of my babies (while I slept!). It was amazing to get a good night sleep while my babies were healthy and well taken care of. We were so pleased with Nightingale Night Nurses and Lexi who came to our home! We were panicked after a first night home with our baby and Lexi calmed us and gave us some very helpful nighttime tips (as well as a decent night’s sleep). They were very professional and the bio that came with the nightingale put as at ease.
