We support families with in-home newborn care in two ways: through local team members, and through our travel team.
We have teams in 14 states across the country. If you live locally to one of our teams and we have availability, we will likely support you with our team model.
If you live outside of our team’s service area, have a last minute booking or a unique booking, you will likely work with us through our travel team.

Our local team members are hand-selected and thoroughly pre-vetted. Over the years we have built up extensive teams of professionals in the areas listed above.
If we have a team in your area, we will match you with a trusted local provider who can travel directly to your home.
Hire a Travel Team Member
Hire a Postpartum Doula or Newborn Care Specialist from our unique nationwide travel team.
If we do not currently have pre-vetted team members in your area, we are more than happy to support your family through our travel team. You tell us what you are looking for, and we help seek out the right provider to meet your family’s needs.
Our travel team includes experienced Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, RNs, and LPNs who love to travel while supporting growing families.
Private Pay
Private pay is typically the easiest and most straightforward way to pay for care. We help you work within your budget. We can send the invoice to you or whoever is paying the bill. We accept wire transfers or checks.
Carrot Fertility
Carrot Fertility, Progyny and Maven currently supports care through a Certified Postpartum Doula. We are extremely familiar with the process and can help you find a Certified Postpartum Doula near you.
Reimbursement
Some families have the option to get reimbursed for postpartum care through their insurance and we are happy to provide the right documentation for that process. At this time, we are not billing medical insurance directly.
However you work with us, you will always receive the highest level of care, communication, and support every step of the way.
